Will.i.am is so hard, he can start running down the street on his own two feet and end up in outer space within four minutes. That’s how the action plays out in his ‘T.H.E. (The Hardest Ever)’ music video, which depicts guest artists Jennifer Lopez and Mick Jagger as dancing beams of light in the outer reaches of the cosmos.

The video for the futuristic track starts off with will sprinting down a runway towards a concrete wall. He crashes through the barrier and comes out the other side, riding a sweet all-white bicycle that we’d love to get our hands on. After hurdling another obstacle, the bike turns into a motorcycle.

The theme of upgraded transportation continues throughout the video as the Black Eyed Peas rapper finds himself guiding a military SUV, a plane, a high-speed bullet train and, finally, an interstellar rocket ship.

J. Lo appears a few times during the clip, first on a series panels that rise out of the ground, forcing will.i.am to drive around them. Then, after will reaches space and the video transitions into its ‘Tron’ phase, images of Lopez, along with neon-colored beams of light, race towards will’s spacecraft. Jagger also appears from a distant galaxy to rap-sing his lines and deliver the moves that made him the subject of a certain No. 1 song.
