Woman Freaks Out At Genius Bar at Apple Store [VIDEO]

There is a right way and a wrong way to go about getting some customer service.  This lady is a great example of the wrong way.  This viral video started out as a Vine and is now looped on this You Tube Video about 10 times.  I finally had to mute my speakers. This unidentified woman hits her stroller as she is demanding someone give her a part for her Apple devise.

She is saying...over and over - ‘I was told by AppleCare that I could walk in the store and get the parts,’ This was recorded at the Hollywood Apple store and was uploaded on to Vine by  actress Porscha Coleman. She wrote: ‘This lady is goin OFF in the Apple Store! LOL u don’t have an appointment, lady!’
