Why You Should Think Twice Before Moving To East Texas

(KNUE-FM) Life can be tough for a variety of so many reasons, no matter where you live, even here in Texas. Which is why it’s so important for you to do what you can to make yourself and your family comfortable.

We live in a large country that offers us so much freedom, but there might be a few reasons why you might want to avoid moving to East Texas. 

My wife and two dogs have a home and love it but it’s not for everyone. That’s okay; you must find what you like.

For example, there is just so much delicious food to choose from in East Texas. The options can become overwhelming, and maybe you just want to avoid that chaos, that is understandable. Which is why Louisiana or Mississippi might be a better choice. 😊 

East Texas Does Things Different 

While no one likes to talk about it we have crime in East Texas just like everywhere else, but we also have so many kind people. It’s true that Southern Hospitality is still on display in East Texas.

But not everyone knows how to interact with kind people because they aren’t used to it. If you can’t show kindness to others, it’s probably best if you choose not to move to East Texas.
