Big changes are coming to TBS’ Conan. One year after rumors the series would shrink to a weekly format, TBS and Conan O’Brien now confirm the series will instead air four nights a week as a half-hour series, while expanding Team Coco’s focus on digital and live content.

Now that CBS has reached back through time to bring Murphy Brown to 2018, the age of revivals is truly upon us. Many have long-viewed Friends as the Holy Grail of potential reunion series, but star Lisa Kudrow now dismisses the prospect as “sad.” Is she right?

There’s been enough turnover in late-night over the last year that Conan O’Brien’s Conan has often turned to high-concept hours and trips to steer attention, having kept steady on TBS for several years. Now, a shakeup may see Conan shifted to a weekly format, akin to Full Frontal With Samantha Bee.

TBS’ Conan has been running strong for six full years now, frequently pushing the format with trips to Comic-Con, Cuba and more, but not everything goes off without a hitch. Comic-Conan! We're just barely shaking off the workload from last year's Comic-Con 2013 as we prepare for the big show this summer, but it seems Conan O'Brien is making plans even further down the line. TBS will send the 'Conan' host to San Diego for an entire week of shows to correspond with Comic-Con, though sadly in 2015, rather than this year.
