I'm always looking for new smoothies. A couple of years ago, I was looking for something fall-ish and delicious. And good heavens did I ever find it.

The recalled products were sent to Walmart distribution centers and stores in 8 states, including Louisiana, Texas, and Arkansas.

Throw it away!

At our house the one thing that usually goes to waste is fruits and vegetables. When you don't eat them all we just toss them in the trash. On top of that the growers also trash some that don't look particularly appealing. I throw out lots of leftovers at the house...

I knew a lot of these, but the one that really got me was the cashews. Pretty much my favorite nut, and when you see how they grow, you will understand why they cost more than peanuts. Money does grow on trees, when you are in the food industry...
