Wintry precipitation is moving into East Texas again, and we're in for more icy roads.  A Winter Storm Warning is in effect overnight for Sabine, San Augustine, and Shelby counties.  A Winter Weather Advisory continues for Angelina, Nacogdoches, and many surrounding counties.

East Texas is about to have another round of wintery weather that includes ice and snow. We will be keeping a close eye on the system as it makes it's way through our listening area, and pass along any and all delays and closures of schools, businesses, or other organizations.  This list will continually be updated as information is relayed to us.

I used to live up north - I moved to Central Indiana when I was nine and have just recently moved back to Texas at age twenty-six. Living up North gives you a true feel for just how bitterly cold "Old Man Winter" can be. So since I grew up learning how to battle the cold I thought I might share some tips I've learned along the way with all of my native Texans.

In the radio business, there is a constant struggle between the folks you hear on the air, the music programming staff, and the folks who keep the lights on and the bills paid, the sales staff. Today, this struggle became real.
