Tow Truck Tries Recovering A Car From A Ravine, Fails Miserably

I don't know what country this video was recorded, or who these people are, but I do know they are going to have to pull this car out from the bottom of this ravine a second time.

Was the hitch loose, or perhaps they thought it was safe to detach the car from the tow truck, but someone should have reached in the car window to set that car to park.

I don't know if it is more funny or actually tragic that all those onlookers are sitting idly by and even cheering as one individual attempts to run forward to stop the car from rolling any further.
