The Social Security Administration has just released the most popular baby names in Texas for 2011. Jacob and Sophia hit the number one spot this year. My mom would be interested in the rest of the list. She made some pretty good name decisions back when my sister and I were born. Both of our names Daniel and Emily, even 30 or more years later topped the list.

An eclipse like this only happens once every twenty years, and it will be viewable in Texas Sunday; partially anyway.
A solar eclipse is when the moon blocks out the sun for a time, and leaves a ring of fire around its circumference. The sky gets a little spooky-looking for a bit and then the moon and sun part like a good Dancing with the Stars release move, and life goes back to normal.
Spots like Reno, NV and Albuquerque, NM will have the most spectacular views of the complete eclipse, but the entire path of the eclipse stretches from China to Texas. Plenty of folks will have the opportunity to see the rare show of nature.
Is ‘The Dictator’ Too Extreme? [VIDEO]

The Dictator is already in theaters. So far the reviews are mixed. The website Rotten Tomatoes so far has a 68% positive reviews. From the trailer, I think it's going to be fun. Perhaps not funny, but fun. This is the third weekend of the summer blockbusters, it started with 'The Avengers' and will hit a crescendo with 'MIB 3' coming soon.

Well you have your hat on and your sunglasses, but you better save the grape. I left my parents home at 18. Moved out, lived in a band practice room. I have very few memories of that day. I know my parents and I didn't see eye to eye.
