Jaden Smith Stunts in the Streets of Tokyo in “Ghost” Video
The new visuals find Jaden heading to the streets of Tokyo, Japan, where he chills and flexes with his crew. Sporting a beige bomber and a surgical mask, Jaden flaunts colorful Monopoly money as he dances through the streets.
Smith also gives a shout out to Jay-Z on the track, rapping, "When I wanna grow I listen to Hov, take notes/Look at the case, close it/Open the doors, look at my neck, look at my wrist frozen/Look at my pants dripping swag, know that you stole it."
While it has yet to be confirmed, it appears that "Ghost" may be the lead single of off Smith's upcoming album, ERYS, as the description for the video features, "Erys Will Return." The rapper announced the project in December, which is the title of his last album, SYRE, spelled backwards.
"My Next Album ERYS 2018," he tweeted on Dec. 13. "Full Acapella (sic) Bonus Album Coming Next Year Along With ERYS."
Released in November 2017, the 17-track SYRE album includes guest appearances from A$AP Rocky and Raury and features the singles, "Falcon" and "Icon," as well as the songs "The Passion," "Lost Boy" and "Ninety."
