Kim Kardashian Uses Justin Bieber To Get DWTS Votes For Brother Rob

Kim Kardashian is smarter than she sometimes appears, or at least more conniving. She used Justin Bieber's name to get people to inadvertently vote for her brother Rob, who's currently on Dancing with the Stars.

Kim took to her Twitter on Monday night:

OMG I have @JustinBieber's phone #!!!! 800 8683402! CALL HIM! He's taking calls for the next hour!!!!

Since Kim and The Biebs are friends, she wasn't really giving out his phone number. After all, that's the sort of thing you'd only do to a mega-star you hate, right? The number was actually the line to call to vote for Rob, and she later confessed.
