Lindsay Lohan Avoids Jail After Alcohol Positive Urine Test

Lindsay Lohan had a court date earlier today thanks to a urine test that was positive for alcohol.  Luckily for LiLo, the judge decided that she hadn't broken any of the rules.  According to TMZ, it turns out that she was only supposed to be tested for drugs through February 25th, and she hadn't been barred from drinking alcohol.  So, it's back to house arrest in her beachfront mansion.
