Maroon 5 was in London yesterday (September 11th) to play at the iTunes Festival and before taking the stage, the group stopped by the studios of BBC's Radio 1 to play a set. Adam Levine and company kicked off the set with one of the biggest hits of the past year, Pharrell Williams' "Happy". Just as Sam Smith did in his performance a couple of weeks ago in the Live Lounge, Maroon 5 followed suit and slowed the song way, way down, put a jazzy spin to it and making it almost unrecognizable!

Give it a listen below.

The guys went on to play four more of their songs during the showcase. Adam returns as a vocal coach on The Voice on NBC Monday (September 22nd).
