Rae Sremmurd, G-Eazy and More on 2017 American Music Awards Red Carpet
The 2017 American Music Awards kicked off on Sunday night (Nov. 19), and some of the brightest talents the rap world has to offer made their presence known by gracing the typically star-studded red carpet.
Making their way to the velvet terrain were folks like Rae Sremmurd, G-Eazy, Nick Cannon, DJ Khaled, his wife, son Asahd, Machine Gun Kelly, Macklemore, Skylar Grey and hip-hop adjacent acts like Kehlani and Ciara. All of them were were, of course, super fly.
Fresh off dropping their "Perplexing Pegasus" video, Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi kept it semi-casual and stylish. Lee flaunted his recently scrawled galaxy tattoos with a slim-fitting button-up with red cuffs, a flossy necklace and shimmering golden watch. Jxmmi, rocking an all-black ensemble, kept things on the high-end, sporting a Lucky Charms-colored silk scarf, a slim-fit black tee with his name inscribed in it and some flashy jewelry of his own.
Keeping things classy was G-Eazy, who rocked a glossier, lighter charcoal grey sports jacket and fitted black slacks. For his part, the irrepressible DJ Khaled also rocked a burgundy-colored suede and leather jacket, along with a glossy pair of crimson pants. Asahd rocked an infant-sized tuxedo.
