Coldplay have been busy gearing up for the release of their sixth studio album, 'Ghost Stories,' recently surprising the world with a new song and video, 'Midnight.' And now the British band have even more exciting news: they just dropped another new tune, 'Magic,' and have announced the tracklist and release date for 'Ghost Stories.'

I love me some Coldplay and I'm not going to lie, when they release new music, I get just a tiny bit excited!

Rihanna contributed vocals to Coldplay‘s song ‘Princess of China’ on ‘Mylo Xyloto.’ While it’s quite possible that RiRi, Chris Martin and co. were never in the same room when she laid down her vocals, thanks to the wonders of technology, they will get on the same stage this February, when they perform together for the first time at the Grammys.

The 2012 BRIT Awards have yet to even announce their nominees, but The Sun is reporting that Coldplay and Rihanna have already agreed to perform their collaboration ‘Princess of China’ at the ceremony.

Coldplay has announced its upcoming show in Madrid, Spain will be streamed online globally as part of the ‘American Express Unstaged’ series, and viewable on assorted mobile devices and handhelds via VEVO and YouTube apps.

It won’t reach stores for another month, but Coldplay‘s new album, ‘Mylo Xyloto,’ is one of the most highly anticipated releases of the fall.
