Oprah

Rumor has it that Oprah has asked Meredith Viera to host a show for OWN.  Meredith has barely been gone from The Today Show!  But, it looks like the deal is enticing and Oprah feels they're close to getting it finalized.

Michael Vick was supposed to do an upcoming interview with Oprah, but he's cancelled at the last minute.  No one really knows why, but people are talking.  A rep for The Eagles say they didn't have anything to do with it, and the people at NBC Sports think it has something to do with Vick wanting to avoid the people who've adopted the dogs who used to be a part of his fighting ring.

Okay this was a very long time ago(1986), but I had no idea how funny Oprah was back in the day.  Now this seems a little racist to me, but it was all done in fun I am sure.  Just amazing how that Oprah looks younger now than she did back then.

Oprah announced today on her show that she recently found out she has a half-sister!  Patricia, a mother of two who lives in Milwaukee, was born in 1963 to Winfrey's mother, and then given up for adoption.  The sisters first met at Thanksgiving in 2010...
