It's been a while since TLC were the biggest girl group in the world, with smash hits like 'No Scrubs' and 'Waterfalls' dominating the charts and the airwaves. Still, we were beyond excited to see them take the stage at the 2013 American Music Awards to perform their signature hit, the aforementioned 'Waterfalls.'

The trio's career was halted at the height of their fame when member Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopes was killed in a car crash in the Honduras back in 2002. But it was quite a blast from the past to see the "T" (Tionne Watkins) and the "C" (Rozonda Thomas aka Chilli) do their thing with some help from the blue-haired Lil Mama, who appeared as the late Left Eye in the band's recent VH1 biopic.

Prior to the performance, rumors abounded that the duo would perform with a Left Eye hologram.

The ladies were cloaked in all white and danced as they sang, reminding us of when they ruled their pop roost. It was bittersweet, as well, since it reminded us of all the potential that was lost when Left Eye perished.
