Does Nicki Minaj Sound Just Like A Speed Up Jay-Z [VIDEO]

I never would have thought to slow down a Nicki Minaj song, but somebody did.  I think the reason that they did it is that she spits her lyrics of her songs so fast, people slow them down so you can learn them.  Then I noticed that when you listed to parts of it she sounded just like HOVA!  Some parts of the song are more spot on than others, others sound like Ru Paul.  Perhaps Nicki Minaj is just a cute girl and Jay-Z is pulling the strings?  I don't think so but it's a fun rap conspiracy theory.  Okay perhaps a little like Ru Paul in some places.
