The Lufkin Association of Realtors Community Outreach Committee and Texas A&M AgriLife Extention office have gotten together to giveaway a front yard makeover to one deserving Lufkin homeowner.

How To Get The Front Yard Makeover In Lufkin

The nomination process started on April 1st, and you have until April 14, 2024 to make your nomination. The deserving front yard must meet the following criteria:

  • Inside the Lufkin city limits
  • Residential front yard only
  • No rentals
  • The homeowner must live in the home

Consider what you will put on your application to make it stand out from the rest of the entrants. Take time to fill out the application and tell them why the person you are nominating deserves this amazing upgrade.

Taking that extra effort to pull at the heartstrings could make all the difference.

Take Some Photos And Nominate A Yard In Lufkin

Inside the application for the person you nominate, you are also asked to attach three photos of the front yard. We will see some amazing before and after pictures at the end of the contest.
