Adam Sandler A Star?

ADAM SANDLER was the star of the show at the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday. He received the 2,431st star on the famed sidewalk. His wife, his kids, his pal and frequent co-star KEVIN JAMES, as well as his Waterboy co-star HENRY WINKLER, attended the ceremony.

When informed that his films have collectively made more than three billion dollars worldwide, Sandler told ABC News Radio, "It used to mean more, now it's nice. I'm happy for the people who back me up. I'm like, 'All right, you took a chance on that and thank you.'"

Sandler's next film, the comedy Just Go with It, opens February 11th. It also stars JENNIFER ANISTON. (ABC NEWS)
