Angelina Benefit Rodeo Was A Great Time [VIDEO]

Hey you want the rest of my funnel cake?  It was so good!  The Lions Club just knows how to cook them! Took the kids to the rodeo this past Saturday. The Angelina Benefit Rodeo always delivers some great entertainment! The John Pain the One Armed Bandit stole the show. I don't think I have ever seen 2 -  7 foot tall bison bulls on top of a horse trailer before!

One thing is for sure if you go to any event in East Texas you better bring cash. I was so busy on Saturday I forgot to go to the ATM. All of the concession stands took cash only, so I had to leave and find an ATM. First convenience store I stopped at only took cash, and by that time I was close enough to my bank that I just went there. There is an app that can take Pay Pal or Debit cards with a reader for Iphones. I think they could make a lot more money for a great cause by getting a few for the concession stands.

So I missed a little of the rodeo, but made it back in time for the bull riding. It's my favorite event at the Rodeo. The Video is of a Lufkin Native on a mean bull! He didn't make it to 8 seconds, but he put up quite the fight! If you didn't make it out this year put it down for next year. It's a great inexpensive way to have a night out with the kids!
