It's all about removing barriers to our local communities to the vaccine. Here in Deep East Texas the Brazos Transit District runs routes from Diboll to Lufkin, and around and inside the loop in Lufkin and Nacogodoches. This Covid-19 vaccine transportation goes even further.

The residents of the following counties can have Brazos Transit District can provide transportation assistance to and from the COVID-19 vaccine for free.

Angelina, Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Houston, Jasper, Leon, Liberty, Madison, Montgomery, Nacogdoches, Newton, Polk, Robertson, Sabine, San Augustine, San Jacinto, Shelby, Trinty, Walker and Washington.

I know this seems to be a driving city, but there is an option, for not just people that don't have their own vehicle. If you are worried about how you will feel after the shot, and you don't have anyone to take you and pick you up this is a great option. The best part about it is that not only will they take you there, it doesn't cost anything for them to do that.

The Brazos Transit District is a general public transportation provider. They run the fixed routes mention earlier, and ADA Paratransit Service, and Demand and Response.
