BTS took to Good Morning America's stage on Wednesday (May 15) to kick off the show's summer concert series. The performance follows the group's appearance on the show last year, making them the first Korean group to appear on the morning show.

After being interviewed by Good Morning America hosts Michael Strahan and Robin Roberts about their album, tour, The Beatles and ARMY, they took to the stage to perform for eager fans who camped out for days outside to catch the show. "I can't wait to see you guys at Metlife Stadium," J-Hope told the crowd, referencing the next stop on their United States tour.

Central Park was flooded with ARMY members ready to take in the group's live show. The concert-goers yelled their fan chants and screamed the lyrics back to BTS. The event instantly became the No. 1 trending topic on Twitter in the U.S., and soon trended worldwide.

Most notably, after BTS finished their set, some of the ARMY cleaned up the trash from the park that they left behind.
