Can’t Shop At Sams In Lufkin Without Being a Member?

Signs are up inside our local area Sams Club in Lufkin. Be prepared to show your card, a real one, Sams Credit Card, or the virtual one on your Sams Club app. Just have it ready on your phone when you come in. If you don't want to have to talk, just wave it at them as you walk by.  The staff is always really courteous and willing to help me find a buggy that won't wobble.

If you want to show it is really up to you though, they won't stop you from going in.  There are some services that Sams offers that you don't have to be a member to enjoy. You could just tell them that you were going to the Pharmacy, Cafe, Photo Center, Optometrist, or to buy some beer and wine. So if you didn't bring your card, or don't want to bother getting it out, you could always just say that, and they will let you pass.

So the short answer is yes, you can technically go inside, enjoy the cafe, or get your prescriptions filled. You don't have to be a member, but to really shop, and to enjoy all the discounts yes. I use the Sams Club app, if you are against checkout lines, this is something worth looking into. There are so many reasons to get the app and use it to check out as you go though the store. It's the best thing since sliced bread, if you are in the market for 2 loaves at the same time.
