I am amazed at all the new innovations in fast food restaurants. What started with multiple lanes, has evolved to multiple stops on the way up to the window. We used to yell into a microphone, now they have a person waiting with an Ipad to take your order and payment in line. Then you hit the sauce tent, then you hit the window and take your food. Now that kind of convenience has been ushered inside with the Chick-fil-A One App.

One day in the near future, no one will go and stand at a board and order. You will just order on your phone on the way and tap your table with your phone. That is how they know where you are in the restaurant. You order and they bring it over. The motto of order, tap, enjoy is making it clear that this is going to be simple. I am sure there will still be lines at the front. If you have the app on your phone, you will be a step ahead of the game.

I think these is great. I use the scan and go at Sams, and I really like clicking them as I go. This way you aren't trying to figure out their computers and scanners. You can just use your phone, and most of the time I can figure out my old phone. I really like the fact that not everyone uses the app, so it's really like skipping the check out line.
