Do Dat BBQ Is Back For 2019

Some of my fondest radio memories were the times that we attended as a complete staff at the Do Dat BBQ. Join me as I relive those memories, Saturday April 27th, 2019. All the BBQ food groups will be represented at the Nacogdoches Expo Center. Get in on the samples and refreshments for just $10 for the event from 10am - 6pm.

Some of my fondest radio memories were the times that we attended the Do Dat BBQ as a group. The event took an 11 year break, and started back up again last year, thanks to the Nacogdoches Jaycee's, Nacogdoches Expo, and a lot of sponsors. BBQ fans all over East Texas are ready for the return of this recently revived version of the Do Dat BBQ. Last year over 31 teams cooked in most all the categories. They include all the slow cooked barnyard animals you can think of. This year they are hoping for even more cook teams to participate in the event. Do Dat is brought to you by Pilgrims Pride, and proceeds benefit the United Way.
