An animal hospital in Lufkin that offers 24/7 emergency services for our furry friends is also putting together a summer camp. Angelina Animal Hospital located at 2205 North Timberland Drive is trying something completely new.

They are offering a summer camp for children going into 1st - 5th grade for the 2023 - 2024 school year. The camp will be held from June 12th - 16, 2023 at the Angelina Animal Hospital from 9 AM to 12 PM.

This week-long camp is $60 to attend and spots are limited. They have already filled up about half of the available spots, so if you have a child that wants to be a veterinarian one day this might be the thing that keeps that dream alive.

The Angelina Animal Hospital has never done a summer camp before, but they plan on going all out. Aspiring veterinarians could learn a lot about their future in their chosen area of study.
