It's called the 4-7-8 Method and comes from celebrity doctor Andrew Weil, who called it the "single best method that I've found for dealing with getting back to sleep". All you do is inhale through your nose for four seconds, hold that breath for seven seconds, and slowly exhale it out for eight seconds. Keep doing that and before long you'll be asleep.
