The estate sale will continue until Saturday, June 25th, 2022, and is open from 9 am to 3 pm each day. If you want a certain piece today is the day to go.

If you wait until Friday or Saturday the prices drop even further. Most items are 25% off on Friday and 50% off on Saturday.

If you are looking for a house, garage, and a barn full of things, this is the sale for you. There are a lot of good quality vintage and antique furniture to buy.

If you are into glassware, there are so many nice pieces. You will find plenty of lamps, chairs, and kitchen stuff.

The real star of the show is all the tools in the outbuildings. There will be lots of things to dig through.

Hicks Estate Sales recently put on a sale at the Lufkin Middle School. As they slowly tear down the buildings they have been opened up to sell things more than once.

To check out all the good stuff at 141 Williford Lane in Lufkin you might need some directions. Just take Lufkin Ave outside Loop 287 beside Lufkin Lufkin High School, and turn right at the “T” onto Williford Lane.
