First Test And Tune Of The Season Coming To Pine Valley Raceway In Lufkin, Texas

I have never launched a vehicle down a drag strip. I would love to do it, but not when anyone was watching. I am sure the first time would be a glorious failure.

I do love all things automotive, so having a local drag strip here in the Lufkin area is amazing. Pine Valley Raceway is off Highway 59/I 69 on the way to Diboll in Lufkin.

If you legally want to see what kind of quarter-mile times your grocery getter can put up this is the place to do it.  Pine Valley has been around since 2003 and they don't show any signs of slowing down.

Go Racing At Pine Vally Raceway Instead Of The Streets Of Lufkin 

The staff at our local race track, Pine Valley Raceway, are hard at it getting everything ready for race season. They have made all kinds of improvements to the track.

Racers will be glad to hear that the speedbump at 330 feet is gone and the return road is next. They are working on updating the timing system, putting up new LED scoreboards, and replacing lights on the track.

The first chance for everyone to come and check out the improvements and enjoy some racing action is on Friday, March 4th, 2022. This will be the first test and tune of the season.
