If you want to give, and you have already had the Covid-19 Vaccine, don't worry. Donation is safe if you have been given any of these vaccines. Your antibody test is not likely to be positive though, since you got the vaccine. The screening test is designed to detect a variety of antibodies that form when you have actually gotten ill with the Coronavirus. Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center is testing all donations for antibodies.
