Grand Opening of dd’s Discounts Today

I got a chance to hang out and see the new dd's Discounts in Lufkin today. Check out some of the pictures from our live broadcast. You could even win some of the gift cards they are giving away.

When a new store opens up we all have to flock there and check out what's up. Today in Lufkin was no different.  The new dd's Discounts is in between Burke and Harbor Freight in the Angelina Shopping Center. They really had a little bit of everything and the prices were apparently pretty low. People were walking out with all kinds of stuff.

The dd's concept is a division of Ross, built to give even deeper discounts on items for its shoppers.  They are giving away $1,000 worth of gift cards, and have a table set up on your way out the door.

Had a lot of fun there today, and I was amused by the staff. When you walk in they give you a hearty greeting "Welcome to dd's!" They are open today till 9:30 pm.
