Hilton Wants To Build A Hotel On The Loop In Lufkin, Texas
According to the Lufkin Daily News, Hilton Hotels has started the early planning stages of putting a 4-story Home2 Suites by Hilton in the 3000 block of South Medford Drive in Lufkin.
The proposed site is between Cinemark and Lowe's behind Eyemart and Chicken Express. Being close to Olive Garden, Cheddars and Buffalo Wild Wings was one of the things that drew the hotelier to the town and the location.
Once it's built if you have too much fun at Buffalo Wild Wings, you could just walk across the parking lot and get a room. This is fairly close to the Angelina County Chamber of Commerce, it's just across the loop from the location.

There are lots of businesses interested in coming to our town recently. The Freddy's that is currently starting dirt work is just a few blocks away from this hotel's proposed location.
