How Would You Rate Our Local Chick-Fil-A Drive-Thru Service?
Drive-Thru services are expected to be fast. The whole point of the drive-thru is so that you don't have to use extra time - especially if you're in a hurry - going inside, ordering, waiting on your food, and leaving.
Drive-Thru is such a prominent thing that there's even an annual study that analyzes the data and finds out how long it takes - on average - for customers to get their food. This study is called the SeeLevel HX Annual Drive-Thru Study.
This year, the study found that the average time spent at the drive-thru for Chick-fil-A is 488.8 seconds, which equals just over eight minutes. The average total time for all the restaurants was actually 356.8 seconds, which is just under six minutes.
Now, I will say this: I don't know that this study checked out our local Chick-fil-A branches, because the last time I went through, I'm pretty sure it didn't take eight minutes to get my food. Actually, I don't know that it's ever taken eight minutes there - even going inside to get it...
Maybe I'm just the exception to the rule...Who knows?
What about you? How would you rate our local CFA drive-thru service? Does it normally take you eight minutes to get your food? Or, does it take less time than that?
