Ice Skating Day Trip “A Holiday To Remember”

A quick trip down highway 59 might just make "A Holiday To Remember" for the entire family. Actually that's the name of this pop up Christmas venue in New Caney, Texas. A Holiday To Remember is nestled between Hobby Lobby and Cinemark in the Valley Ranch Town Center right off I69/HWY 59 at 22296 Market Place Dr, New Caney, TX 77357-1740.

If you have been there in the past, then this year you have a bigger skate rink, and a bigger 10,000 square foot venue to look forward too. There is a holiday market, Santa, and food. You can even reserve a private 40X20 or 20X20 room.

For ice skating only, admission is just $5 a person. That even includes your ice skates, if you don't have some handy. For a $15 "All Access" pass you can ice skate, and hit the snow slides, bumper cars, and try your hand at the Olympic sport of curling. There is a height requirement of 36' for bumper cars, or the snow hill.

This seems like a thing, and they are open till January 3rd when the kids go back to school, so you have some time to plan on going. They close at 4pm on Christmas Eve, and New Years Eve, but the rest of the days they are open 11-8pm.
