The COVID-19 outbreak has many American's working from home, but if you aren't careful it can be very bad for your posture.

According to Fox News, board-certified orthopedic spine and neck surgeon, Dr. Rahul Shah spoke on the how bad working from home can effect your posture.

When working from home, the issue that most people face is that they don’t have a predefined workspace like they might in their office. Because of this, their body is accommodating differently than it does in a traditional work setting. Just as you adjust your space to be comfortable at work, it is important to adjust your space at home.

If you experience the following: shoulder pain, impingement, jaw pain, slow digestion, and heartburn it could have poor posture per the Mayo Clinic and Dr. Shah recommends to have your home workspace mirror your actual workspace in the office.
