Every Salad And Go Location In Texas Will Close By January 11
Salad and Go is a business that recently made its way around four states, which included the Lone Star State. However, the Salad and Go in Temple, Texas closed in September of 2025. Now, it seems the business is set to disappear forever in Texas.
What Is Salad And Go And What Do They Offer?
According to the company's website, they want to "make fresh, nutritious food convenient and affordable for all." At one point, the business had 140 stores serving food in four states. Things seemed to be looking up, but last year, the previously mentioned Temple, Texas location closed, along with others in the Lone Star State.

But now, the company is making the move to leave Texas all together. As reported by the Dallas Business Journal, all locations in the Lone Star State will be shuttered. WFAA also revealed that the final day that all Salad and Go's in Texas will close is January 11th, 2026.

But what caused the business to leave Texas all together?
Is Salad And Go Leaving The State Of Texas Forever?
Mike Tattersfield, the CEO of Salad and Go, said the following about the closing of stores:
"After assessing our business, we made the decision to exit our Texas and Oklahoma markets and refocus on strengthening our core operations in Arizona and Nevada. This step positions Salad and Go for long-term success and ensures we are able to keep delivering on our mission of making fresh, nutritious food convenient and affordable..."
But, Salad and Go may return to the Lone Star State. Per Tattersfield, "Texas and Oklahoma are important markets to us, and we intend to return when the time is right." So we may have not seen the last of Salad and Go.
