I know that I, like many people, was shocked when I watched America's Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders on Netflix and found out exactly how much, or how little, they were making! I don't know exactly what I expected their pay to be, but it certainly wasn't what was revealed! The new season just landed on Netflix, and I'm sure many of us were happy when we got the news on this new season!

At the end of the day, this raise isn’t just about the money (though let’s be real- $1,600 a game sounds a whole lot better than $200)! It’s about finally recognizing the hard work, talent, and straight-up hustle these women bring to the field week after week.
