The music community is still raving over JAY-Z'4:44 album, but it looks like the project isn't making the Billboard Top 200 chart as expected. While the album has officially gone platinum in its first week, 4:44 is noticeably absent from the Billboard chart, as Tidal did not report their streaming numbers to Nielsen Music.

Hov's 13th studio album, which released on June 30, is expected to appear on the July 22-dated chart, skipping over the week that ended on July 6. If you recall, the project was a Tidal exclusive as part of their partnership deal with Sprint.

While 4:44 was initially a Tidal exclusive, the project became available on 444.tidal.com where customers were required to submit an email address and use the promotional code “SPRINT” to receive the album for free download. Unfortunately, reports say that those Sprint-supported downloads won't be counted towards the project's ranking on the Billboard chart next week, despite it helping the album reach platinum status in its first week.

It's been a big week for Hov, as the veteran rapper announced the dates for his upcoming 4:44 tour starting this fall. The tour is slated to start at the end of October, and run until Dec. 21 as of right now. Fans are anticipating that more dates will be added in the future.

We'll have to see where Jay's new album ranks on next week's chart, but for now, fans can enjoy the album on Tidal, Apple Music and iTunes.
