Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are done with keeping their relationship under wraps.  The couple walked the red carpet together at the Vanity Fair Oscars party Sunday night, wearing complimentary outfits by Dolce and Gabbana.  They were even caught holding hands and kissing after the party!  The Beebs turns a whopping 17 tomorrow.  Gomez (a Texas native!) is 18.
