Yesterday on Twitter, Katy Perry toyed with her followers by asking 'Would you like to be teased in 10 minutes?'

Like the other 21.2 million followers, K-FOX 95.5 couldn't wait to hear her announcement!

After what felt like the longest 10 minutes ever, Perry sent out a tweet two hours later (which is considered fashionably late on the Internet perhaps?) exclaiming:
