In what's become a familiar refrain for his fans everywhere, Kodak Black is once again in trouble with the law.

On Thursday night (Jan. 18), the troubled 20-year-old rapper was arrested at home in Florida on seven charges, including grand theft of a firearm, two charges of possession of a weapon or ammo by a Florida delinquent adult felon, possession of cannabis over 20 grams, child neglect without great bodily harm and two counts of parole violation, according to the Broward's Sheriff's Office.

He's scheduled to have a court hearing on Friday morning (Jan. 19).

Kodak, who ironically just released the "Roll in Peace" video, in which he visits a church in a jail uniform, has seemingly been in trouble with the law for the duration of his time on the rap game's main stage. His most recent sentence was handed down last May, when the rapper, born name Dieuson Octave, was sentenced to 364 days in jail for violating the terms of his house arrest.

At the time of his sentencing last year, the judge cut him a deal and said he could be out of jail in a month if he completed a 30-day life skills course while behind bars. He did, and he was released from jail last June, but he was still ordered to serve one year under house arrest, which included the stipulation that he had to secure permission from his probation officer and a judge in order to travel for work—even if it was just within the state of Florida

While there aren't many details about Kodak's most recent arrest, it appears likely that it went down while the rapper was on house arrest. He now sits in Broward County Main Jail. This is at least the third time Kodak's been arrested since the spring of 2016, a time in which he was also accused of sexual assault.
