Not all carbohydrates are created equally. Any carbohydrate you buy that is a processed, shelf-stable snack, might not be the best.
This series will teach you how to incorporate healthy carbohydrates into your life with a simple meal plan. Though this series is not specifically targeted at people trying to manage diabetes, it could be helpful.
Its goal is to teach about the relationship between carbohydrates and health. The lively and informative sessions are delivered in a casual, social atmosphere.
