Check out Painting @ The Market Kids And Parents night.  Friday, July 30th 2021 from 6-8:30pm. You can paint a pre sketched 11X14 canvas of a turtle together.

If you would like to go, but don't have a kid in tow, that's fine by them. They are ready for any combination of friends and family.

The event will be at the Angelina County Farmers Market next to Del Rio at 2107 South Medford Drive.  Arrive early to have have some snacks and drinks, painting starts at 6pm.

You will be provided all the art supplies you could dream of. Parent with Child is $55 and each additional child is just $20. If the child is over 16, parent and child is $75. Singles are $40 and couples are $75.

The Angelina County Farmers Market has new management. Tommy and Lynn Marie Bryan have really been getting things going with new ideas and uses for the space.

It's a beautifully landscaped, covered market with lots of space. You can always find a nice assortment of local produce, jellies, honey, indigenous plants, and flowers.

There is a venue on site to rent for private parties and special events.
