Stephen Belafonte has come out on top in his divorce from Mel B.

TMZ reports that the Spice Girl and America's Got Talent judge, real name Melanie Brown, has been ordered to pay Belafonte, from whom she split last year, $5,000 a month in child support on top of the $15K he receives in monthly spousal support.

In addition, the performer was also ordered to pay her ex's legal fees, which amount to upwards of $350,000.

Belafonte and Brown's 50/50 custody arrangement remains the same, with neither losing any parenting rights over their 6-year-old daughter, Madison.

The former couple will also reportedly sell their shared Hollywood Hills home and split the profits.

Brown previously took out a restraining order against her ex, claiming abuse. The restraining order has since been dropped, though TMZ reports that the pair have agreed to stay 200 yards away from one another at all times.

In February 2007, Brown and Belafonte, a film producer, began dating. They married months later on June 6 in a secret ceremony in Las Vegas. Their daughter was born on September 1, 2011.

In March 2017, Brown filed for divorce from Belafonte, citing "emotional and physical abuse." The divorce was finalized in December of last year.
