Two years ago, Miley Cyrus said she was distancing herself from hip-hop. On Saturday (May 25), the pop star debuted three new tracks while performing at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend Festival. One of them has her rapping, and touching on the feud between Cardi B and Nicki Minaj.

The new single is titled "Cattitude," and finds the singer spitting over rattling drums and acoustics. "I'm the moon, I'm the stars, I'm a Maserati/I love you Nicki but I listen to Cardi," Cyrus raps on the first verse.

Nicki and Cardi's underlying beef reached a fever pitch last year where they got into an altercation at 2018 New York Fashion Week. That was followed by days of mud-slinging and accusations on social media. They eventually decided to mutually agree to keep things positive moving forward.

Nicki and Miley have had their own issues. Back in 2015, Nicki famously called the pop star out while accepting a trophy at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards after Cyrus made remarks about the Young Money rapper days prior during a press run. "And now, back to this bitch who had a lot to say about me the other day in the press: Miley, what's good?" Nicki infamously snapped while onstage.
