Miley Cyrus Tattoo Fail or Win? [PICTURE]

I have been watching lots of episodes of Bad Ink and this guy might make a visit to the show in a few years. I think this tattoo is well done, but the subject matter might not hold up over time. Something about a tattoo. The permanence of it, makes you think long and hard about what you put on your body. Apparently this guy didn't think about the future, but he is cashing in on the laughs now. I really like how the wrecking ball is crying. What do you think about the tattoo, fail or win?
