The outcome of this harrowing scene could have been much worse. I have never seen anything like this before. In America we have car insurance and laws, but in Russia they just have dash cams that record exactly what happens. These cameras are mandatory to find who is at fault in an accident, like when a biker drives right into the back of a car. It's a great idea, especially if all of these amazing videos keep coming from them.
