My Frozen 2 Spoiler-Free Review

Frozen 2 has arrived and it's already breaking box office records. Does it live up to the hype? One word, absolutely.

The original Frozen movie took the world by storm. When Frozen first came out, it was a box office-smashing success, and as a father of two little girls, I can say it took over our household as well.

Now, several years later, Frozen is back and let me just say, I'm absolutely thrilled with this sequel. I'm always nervous about sequels, especially Disney sequels. The first Frozen was so originally perfect, part of me was worried a sequel would damper the magic of the original. That part of me could not have been anymore wrong.

I'm not going to spoil anything here, but I can say without question, this is one of my favorite Disney films of all time. This story works so well, and doesn't feel forced like some sequels do, certainly animated ones. The soundtrack to this film is absolutely perfect, much like the first film. Although I don't think we'll have another "Let It Go" on our hands, I do feel like this soundtrack matches well with it's predecessor.

All in all, find a way to go see this film in theaters, it's the real deal and you'll be glad you made the trip.
