Penn Badgley To Play Late Musician Jeff Buckley [VIDEO]

There's been a lot of talk about who would play Jeff Buckley, a musician who died at 30-years-old, in the upcoming biopic about his life.  Turns out, there are two biopics in the works.  Penn Badgley (Gossip Girl, Easy A) has been tapped to play Buckley in one of them.  The other won't be cast until later in the year, and word is that Robert Pattinson has his eyes set on the project.
