Pete Davidson made his first public appearance on Sunday, one week after he posted a troubling message on Instagram.

The Saturday Night Live star was spotted by several concertgoers at Machine Gun Kelly's concert at the Wolstein Center at Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio, according to a report from E! News. Davidson, 25, was "chilling and rocking out" in a black hoodie while the 28-year-old rapper performed "Rap Devil." The comedian and Kelly are close friends.

Davidson was seated above the stage, video shot by a fan in attendance showed. He appeared to be in good spirits, singing along and dancing slightly.

"one of the most beautiful things last night was seeing @machinegunkelly and @petedavidson on the same stage together," the fan tweeted.

As you may recall, Kelly rushed to be by Davidson's side on Dec. 16 after the Staten Island, New York native posted on Instagram that he didn't "want to be on this earth anymore." Hours after the post appeared online, the recording artist tweeted that he was "in the plane now on the way to see Pete. gonna make sure he's good, i promise."

"can't have my boy in darkness like that," he added.

Kelly later updated TMZ on Davidson's wellbeing, telling the outlet, "It's just a weird time for us all right now, man."

Sources told Us the funny man's former fiancee, Ariana Grande, also attempted to rush to his side, but he refused to see her. He's said to be getting help, thanks in part to Lorne Michaels.
